    Great quality - clear voice, no busy signal.
    Good quality - voice not as clear as regular phone, or busy signal.
    Acceptable - voice not that clear and/or busy signal, but still acceptable.
    Disappointing.
    One of the worst card I have ever used.

    I'd buy a VoIP phone card if its rates are low enough.
    I'd choose a phone card with the lowest rates if its quality is acceptable.
    I'd pay 5% more for a phone card with good quality.
    I'd pay 10% more for a phone card with the best quality.
    I'd pay 20% more for a phone card with the best quality.

    Easy with clear instructions.
    Managable after reading the instructions.
    Need to tweak a little bit.
    It just doesn't work no matter what I do.

    Very easy, I can access any page with no more than 2 clicks.
    Relatively easy, but the structure is not that clear.
    Acceptable, once I get used to it.
    Confusing, I got lost easily.

    Fast - I am satisfied with it.
    OK - need to wait for several seconds sometimes.
    Kind of slow, need to be patient.
    Too slow, don't want to come back anymore.
