1. Describe the order process.
You will expect a phone call for your first order.
If you are a new customer, this is a must-read for you. Please
check out detailed description on
our order process.
2. My order didn't go through, will
I get charged?
Please check out this
answer.
3. I used my new address but
it didn't work. I click "Back" and entered my old address,
it still didn't work and showed "Duplicate transactions",
why?
From our past experience, many banks keep at least two systems
with your address. When you submit an address update, one system
will be updated right away and you will start to receive monthly
bills at the new address. However, the other system that accepts
address verifications for online credit card transactions is usually
not synchronized right away and the lag could be as long as several
months. If you have an address update, please keep using the old
address until it is recognized as incorrect.
Since our system requires 2 minutes lapse before you can submit
the same order again, you will get the "Duplicate transactions"
error if you try to submit the order within two minutes. Please
either wait for 2 minutes, or just initiate a new order. You won't
get charged for failed orders, please refer to "My
order didn't go through, will I get charged?".
4. I use the new Netscape browser (>6.0)
and it doesn't work, why?
The new versions of Netscape (>6.0) doesn't work with our
website. You will receive an error message "Invalid Referrer
Or Relay Response URL". Please either use an older version
of Netscape or Internet Explorer to place your order.
5. I am not in the US, or I only have
a credit card issued by a foreign bank, can I still place order?
If you are not in the US, you can't place the order with our
website. The credit card processing company we use can't verify
foreign addresses. If you have a US bank issued debit card, you
can try to use it, because most of the debit cards work with our
system. If none of these works for you, please consider placing
mail orders with us. Please read the next question.
6. How can I submit a mail order?
Yes, you can order phone cards with check or money order.
Please write us a brief note including:
1) Which phone card with denominations and how many you want to
order;
2) You email address, please print the note or type it clearly
so that we can send it to the correct email address.
Mail the note and your payment to
Just Phone Cards dot com
1224 E. Green Street, Suite 100
Pasadena, CA 91106
We will email you the PIN and Calling Instruction ASAP after we
receive your payment.
7. I only want to order a $5 card to
test, what to do?
Most of the online phone card stores only accept orders more
than $20. Just Phone Cards dot com accepts orders as small as
$10. However, we can't accept orders smaller than $10 due to high
credit card transaction fee. If you really only want to order
one $5 card, please refer to the previous question and place a
mail order.
8. It seems that everything is fine
and I can't order. What's the problem?
Sometimes there is something wrong with our credit card processing
company and no order can pass the system. This happens pretty
rarely and the system usually goes back to normal within 15-30
mins. If you have ordered phone cards from us before and used
the same credit card information this time, it might be the reason.
Please try again in 30 mins, and it should work fine in most of
the cases. If you still have trouble, please contact
us with detailed information, we will get back to you ASAP.
9. I use the same credit card and the
same address, but it didn't work, what to do?
It might be due to the reason mentioned
above. But if you can't get the order to go through at different
times, this may have something to do with your credit card issuing
bank. Please contact us with detailed
information, we will get back to you ASAP.
